Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services tailored to their needs. You’ll learn and apply product knowledge, deliver demos, and guide purchases with care.

You’ll also handle cashier duties, maintain the sales floor, and support in-store pickup and curbside orders as part of a collaborative team focused on service excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
