Job summary

Best Buy Chattanooga is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, demo products, and help them choose the right tech solutions. You’ll perform cashier duties, answer questions, and learn across departments while keeping the floor stocked.

We value people who enjoy helping others and can work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends. No prior tech expertise required; training provided.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
