EquipmentShare in Iowa City, IA, is hiring a Rental Coordinator to manage customer interactions and guide the rental process. You will build relationships with contractors, handle inquiries, and contribute to a smoother, more efficient rental experience using our tech platform.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer focus, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing company. Schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
• Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with the level of service
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience
