Job summary

Dental City in Green Bay, WI is seeking a full-time warehouse picker to support our nationwide distribution. Typical hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour lunch, no nights or weekends.

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, with an incentivized training program. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with technology, able to read packing slips, and capable of using warehouse software and FEDEX/UPS online tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read and interpret packing slips and product types.
• Able to learn and use warehouse software and online shipping tools.
• Read/write English and follow instructions, basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using warehouse tech.
• Pack and label merchandise for shipping securely.
• Build pallets and position them at loading docks.
• Restock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
• Stock workstations with supplies.
• Open incoming UPS/FedEx boxes for receipt.
• Clean the warehouse and manage waste/recycling.
• Follow health, safety, and quality policies.
