Job summary

Aermican Orthodontics in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a reliable Shipping/Packaging Associate to pick and sort product, pack orders, verify accuracy, and maintain packaging supplies. This on-site role supports fast-paced order fulfillment and quality control to help our dental practice run smoothly.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma, 2 years in direct manufacturing or shipping, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in direct manufacturing.
• Previous shipping experience preferred.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow directions.
• Proficient in math, reading, and computer skills.
• Must be able to remain standing or sitting for up to two hours at a time over the course of an 8 to 10-hour period.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must have exceptional finger dexterity.
• Must be able to work with small parts for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Pick and sort product from inventory to fill orders.
• Package orders for shipment according to customer requests.
• Verify order accuracy and prepare shipment.
• Maintain packaging supplies inventory.
• Assist in special projects and studies as requested.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
