Job summary

Werner-Electric-Supply-Co in Appleton, WI is seeking a Warehouse Teammate for a 1:00 PM–9:30 PM shift, Monday through Friday. Starting wage is $20/hour with annual merit increases and immediate paid time off. Benefits begin the month after start date.

Requires a HS diploma and 1–3 months related experience, with strong communication and basic computer skills. Responsibilities include picking/packing orders, inventory duties, and shipping preparation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 1-3 months related experience required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge; able to use inventory and order-processing systems.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 50-75 lbs and occasionally 75-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders, vendor packing slips, transfers, and RGAs to determine items to be moved.
• Convey materials from receiving areas to storage or designated areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks or bins according to sequence.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or shelves for packing.
• Mark materials with identifying information and verify quantities.
• Pack and verify customer orders and prepare parcels for shipment.
• Maintain inventory records and keep the facility clean and safe.
• Enter records into the computer and reference stock.
• Drive vehicle to deliver orders to customers as needed.
• May participate in cycle counts and other duties as assigned.
