Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and Michigan Teaching Certificate with endorsements.
• Endorsements listed for Integrated Science, Science, Earth Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and ZC/ZK middle level endorsements.
• Candidate must be adept with technology and ready to use emergent teaching techniques.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and engage diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Aide in research, development, implementation, and evaluation of the Science curriculum.
• Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans.
• Incorporate practical applications of content in lesson plans.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of each learner.
• Develop and implement progressive classroom-based interventions; utilize progress monitoring; evaluate student growth.
