CloudWalk, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Internal Audit professional to help scale governance, risk management, and controls across fintech products and technology platforms. You will lead audits from planning through reporting, with a focus on automation, data analytics, and resilient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Internal Controls within regulated financial institutions, fintechs, or tech-driven orgs.
• Ability to independently lead audit engagements from planning through reporting and follow-up.
• Experience evaluating tech environments, processes, governance, and control frameworks.
• Strong interest in tech, automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled audit techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute CloudWalk's Internal Audit activities from planning to report issuance and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain the Annual Audit Plan based on risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
• Audit across technology, ITGC, cybersecurity, data governance, financial products, operations, and risk management structures.
• Assess the effectiveness of the control environment, identify deficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities including automation.
• Prepare clear audit reports with conclusions and practical recommendations for governance and controls.
• Partner with business, technology, compliance, and risk teams to implement action plans from audits.
• Identify emerging risks related to AI, new products, regulatory changes, and market trends.
