Qualifications

• Associate's degree or passing Louisiana Paraprofessional Assessment.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in a support role (preferred).
• Ability to work well with students, teachers, and other staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with or willingness to learn technology tools into the intervention process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with targeted intervention services to High School students in reading, math, and study skills.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning.
• Monitor progress and communicate observations to the teacher.
• Utilize technology tools to support intervention activities.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Help track and document student progress.
