Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) seeks reliable, tech‑savvy merchandisers for our gig‑based in-store projects. You will handle resets, planograms, audits, and POP/POS placement, reporting via your smartphone while in the store.

As a gig worker, you’ll operate on a project basis across various assignments with flexible hours. Prior merchandising experience and comfort with Android or iPhone devices, Chrome, and live photo submissions are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with resets and general merchandising.
• Must have an Android or iPhone with reliable internet, know how to use Google Chrome and third‑party apps, and submit surveys and photos live on site.
• Able to handle data‑intensive and photo‑heavy surveys and reports.
• Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated, with the ability to plan ahead and complete work with urgency.
• Reliable transportation and a valid, non‑expired driver’s license.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions carefully.
• Daily email access and reliable phone/text communication are required.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, reach up and down, lift and carry boxes up to 40 pounds, and move light fixtures on wheels.

Responsibilities

• Complete all types of resets, from simple updates to full aisle changes.
• Read, understand, and accurately follow planograms.
• Perform audits, place and maintain POP and POS materials, pull and plug products, and handle other merchandising tasks as needed.
• Use your smartphone to enter data, submit detailed surveys, and upload clear, high‑quality photos live while in the store.
• Enable location permissions on your smartphone for project verification.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with store staff.
• Take full responsibility for your assigned area, completing all work offered fully and on time.
