Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) seeks reliable, tech-savvy merchandisers for gig-based positions. Our merchandisers handle audits, planogram implementation, and a variety of tasks in-store.

This is project-based work, not full-time or part-time employment, with pay varying by client and assignment. Candidates must be comfortable with Android or iPhone, data-heavy surveys, and on-site tasks, plus reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with resets and general merchandising.
• Comfortable with technology; must have an Android or iPhone with reliable internet access and use Chrome and third-party apps.
• Able to handle data-intensive and photo-heavy surveys and reports.
• Organized, dependable, self-motivated with ability to plan ahead and complete work with urgency.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete all types of resets, from simple updates to full aisle changes.
• Read, understand, and accurately follow planograms.
• Perform audits, place and maintain POP and POS materials, pull and plug products, and handle other merchandising tasks.
• Use your smartphone to enter data, submit surveys, and upload clear photos live while in the store.
• Enable location permissions on your smartphone for project verification.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with store staff.
• Take full responsibility for your assigned area, completing all work offered fully and on time.
