Job summary

Asurion in Nashville is seeking Customer Service and Sales Representatives to join our in-house tech support teams. You will deliver end-to-end support for Asurion products, educate customers on technology, and troubleshoot a variety of devices from smartphones to home electronics.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service delivering technical support for consumer electronics.
• Experience with multiple hardware platforms and operating systems.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy and basic typing speed.
• Ability to sit at a computer in a call center most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide over the phone technical support (e.g. device setup, smart home troubleshooting).
• Maintain high level of professionalism when working through struggles with customers.
• Navigate multiple troubleshooting platforms in an agile manner.
• Speak comfortably and confidently to product features and capabilities.
• Meet customer service levels and sales goals.
• Upsell Asurion products and services.
• Flexibility to perform tasks including claims and technical support for multiple clients.
