Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, is hiring part-time Sales Specialists at Nebraska Furniture Mart locations in The Colony, TX. You will be the on-floor expert, engaging customers, sharing in-depth product knowledge, and helping shoppers find devices that fit their needs and lifestyles.

You will also train Nebraska Furniture Mart sales associates on the client’s product ecosystem to better serve customers. This fast-paced retail role offers weekly pay and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence customers and drive sales.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Comfort with technology and explaining complex products.

Responsibilities

• Inspire Customers: engage shoppers on the sales floor and showcase product value.
• Empower Associates: train Nebraska Furniture Mart staff on the client’s product ecosystem.
• Drive Sales Growth: meet or exceed sales targets through direct interaction and peer training.
• Build Relationships: collaborate with store management and sales teams to promote products.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: represent the client as a knowledgeable and reliable presence in-store.
• Maintain Product Expertise: stay updated on new products and features.
