Job summary

Uni Systems is seeking an Accountant to join our UniQue Accounting team. The role covers end-to-end bookkeeping, invoicing, prepaid expenses, revenue/expense provisions, and asset management within a hybrid work model.

Qualified candidates have a Finance/Accounting degree, 2–5 years in a similar role, strong MS Excel and ERP skills (SAP a plus), and familiarity with tax matters and MyData. You will contribute to audits and improve financial processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Strong MS Excel and ERP systems familiarity (SAP is a plus).
• Knowledge of tax matters and MyData system.
• Adaptable to changes in accounting/tax laws or new systems.
• Organizational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Post all types of invoices (domestic and foreign).
• Post prepaid expenses using a dedicated program.
• Form and reverse revenue and expense provisions per local GAAP and IAS.
• Monitor pending expense reimbursements via internal workflow.
• Create Excel files for recurring reimbursements with Payroll/ Treasury.
• Manage fixed assets in the Fixed Assets Register.
• Search for missing invoices via IAPR (AAΔΕ) / myDATA.
• Support statutory audits with requested financial data.
