Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find and choose the right tech products and services to meet their needs. You’ll welcome customers, perform product demos, answer questions, make recommendations, complete cashier duties, and keep the sales floor clean and well stocked while learning and growing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
