Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech solutions and assisting with purchases, returns, and exchanges. You’ll perform product demos, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations across departments to meet each customer’s needs.

You will welcome customers, stay knowledgeable about products, and contribute to a friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos and recommend products across departments.
• Handle cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked and assist with curbside pickup.
