Responsibilities

• Assist customers with computer and electronics purchases in a high‑volume big box store, delivering excellent service.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in sales training.
• Execute solution selling based on company direction and metrics.
• Keep the department clean and organized and ensure displays are up to date.
• Restock merchandise and perform merchandising tasks including signage and price changes.
• Support store operations with cycle counts and loss prevention awareness.
• Respond to customer communications and ensure service standards are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
