Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with one year of related customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for technology and ability to sell solutions to customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; multi-tasking ability.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with computer and electronics purchases while delivering excellent service.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing sales and training.
• Execute solution selling based on company direction and metrics.
• Keep the department clean and organized.
• Process freight, restock merchandise, maintain displays, and adjust signage.
• Support store operations with cycle counts and loss-prevention awareness.
• Stay current on communications from customers, associates, and Home Office.
• Ensure customer service standards and handle difficult situations professionally.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
