Job summary

Best Buy Flowood, MS is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of Best Buy in our stores. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend tech products and services to meet each customer's needs, and you’ll enjoy a friendly, helpful environment.

You’ll welcome customers, perform product demos, handle cashier duties, and keep the floor stocked. A minimum of 3 months retail experience and a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
