Best Buy seeks a Retail Sales Associate in Charleston, SC to be the face of the store, helping customers select the right tech products and services. You’ll learn and apply product knowledge while delivering friendly service and easy checkout experiences.

You will perform product demos, answer questions, and guide customers across departments. The role involves in-store and curbside pickup support and ongoing learnings for growth.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
