Job summary

Prudential Financial, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Specialist, Tech Risk Management- Regulatory and Client Response. You will collaborate with GT&O, legal and compliance teams to address regulatory inquiries and client assessments, performing gap analyses and supporting audits.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving and teamwork with Agile practices, driving risk controls and continuous improvement across enterprise risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years in technology risk or compliance.
• Knowledge of global IT risk management frameworks (NIST, ITIL, ISO, COBIT, SANS).
• Able to perform regulatory-based gap analyses (SOC 1 & 2, SOX, HIPAA, CCPA, GRPR).
• Experience with IT governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GT&O and Law to align technology risk management with regulatory requirements.
• Perform gap analyses for technology laws and regulations and help owners close gaps.
• Prepare and submit regulatory responses and evidence in a timely manner.
• Support external audits (SOC/SOX) activities, scope, walkthroughs and attestations.
• Assist in managing GT&O’s records management program.
