Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in governance, risk and control
• Advanced knowledge of governance, risk and control procedures, strategies and tactics
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
• Mentoring and performance management skills
• Ability to lead, plan, execute and evaluate project activities
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of governance and control activities for a moderately complex or high-risk area
• Act as a technical lead on key control initiatives across functions
