Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead in the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls line of business. You will identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks in line with the firm's standards, and provide subject matter expertise to technology owners to ensure controls operate effectively and in regulatory alignment.

By partnering with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, and Regulators, you will contribute to reporting a comprehensive view of technology risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk management or related field.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in data security, risk reporting, and governance.
• Ability to influence executive-level decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk; focus on root cause analysis and resolutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with LOB technologists, assessment teams, and data officers to enable collaboration.
• Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements for senior management insights.
• Proactively monitor and evaluate control effectiveness; identify gaps and propose enhancements.
