Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. You will be the face of Victra, linking guests to what matters most through the sales process and product knowledge.

As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will exceed monthly sales goals, work with peers to create the ultimate in-store experience, and support merchandising and store operations while helping customers understand technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
• Attend four-day New Hire University (NHU) training within 30 days of start date.
