Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks friendly Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will be the face of Victra, driving uncapped earning potential through a structured sales process and product knowledge.

As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll shape your career in-store, meet monthly sales goals, and provide outstanding customer service, creating memorable tech experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
