Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by asking questions and creating connections.
• Recommend product solutions and provide complete top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales using strong communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and develop skills in merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow customer base through outbound calls and texts to existing customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to expand the loyal customer base.
