Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to grow Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by connecting with customers and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations to provide complete top-down solutions.
• Close sales using strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Pursue ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Possibly grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
