Micro Center is seeking a Retail Sales and Merchandising Associate in Dallas to assist customers with computer and electronics purchases and maintain a well-organized, knowledge-rich department. You will participate in ongoing product training and merchandising tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with one-year related experience in customer service or related role preferred.
• Passion for technology and commissioned sales experience a plus.
• Sincere interest in helping customers select products to meet their needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task and adjust priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with computer and electronics purchases in a high-volume store.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in product training and sales training.
• Keep the department clean and perform merchandising tasks like processing freight and mark downs.
• Support open/close procedures and loss prevention awareness.
