Job summary

As a part-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive sales, deliver world-class service to every guest, and help guests find the right tech solutions. You will connect customers with what matters most and be the face of Victra in-store.

You'll join a team focused on performance, collaboration, and career growth. Training is provided, and you can earn through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or sales preferred.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
