Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Cary, NC, is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to drive in-store sales and deliver world-class service to every guest. You will apply product knowledge and the Victra sales process to connect guests with the best solutions and create memorable shopping experiences.

We offer paid training and uncapped earning potential with a base hourly rate plus commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
