Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service at our Cary, NC locations. You will connect guests to what matters most by sharing product knowledge and guiding them through our sales process, with uncapped earning potential and growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork with store leaders, and a fun, guest-focused environment. Training is provided, with a ramp-up period and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
