Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests with the products they need. You will execute our sales process, share product knowledge, and be the face of Victra in our stores.

You will have the power to control your career, earning potential through base pay plus uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, Nov-Dec, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
