Job summary

Asurion’s uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Retail Sales Technician in Meridian, ID to provide technical support and repair services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll represent the brand, promote connected home products, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Requirements include 1+ years in customer service or retail, 6+ months in tech repair, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 6+ months of product service support or technology repair experience (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passing background check (criminal and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices.
• Be the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences.
• Enhance customer experience with the 'serve, solve, and sell' method and promote the Asurion Connected Home product.
• Upsell Asurion products and achieve sales goals.
• Contribute to market needs and store location priorities.
• Multitask efficiently in a dynamic retail environment.
• Self-manage and set priorities.
