Job summary

Asset LifeCycle, LLC in Topeka, KS is seeking a Technician 1 to process, refurbish, and harvest parts from laptops, PCs, and mobile devices. You will perform data erasure, device resets, and help move inventory in a collaborative, no-weekends team.

We provide comprehensive training and opportunities to grow, with a stable day shift from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm CST. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and a security-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with handling sensitive data and devices.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing processes for different clients.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Warehouse environment experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process, refurbish, and harvest parts from laptops, PCs, and mobile devices, swapping drives, memory, and power supplies.
• Perform data erasure, hard resets, and updates across Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices.
• Test and recover components for reuse and assess condition with in-house tools.
• Enter equipment details into the in-house database and manage inventory movements.
• Learn and follow processes with opportunities for skill development.
• Hit quota targets and support team objectives.
