Job summary

Cindavi, a technical recruiting firm, is hiring a Sales Recruiter in Austin. You’ll own the candidate relationship from first call through offer, participate in interviews, and help close placements using our proven seven-phase methodology.

With a $55K base plus uncapped commission and realistic OTE of $85K–$110K+, you’ll receive founder-led coaching, daily feedback, and clear ramp. Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in sales or customer-facing roles and are comfortable on the phone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years in sales/customer-facing roles or recent graduate with demonstrated drive.
• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Run phone screens and qualification calls with technical professionals
• Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback
• Support offer negotiations and close placements
• Stay engaged through start date to ensure successful onboarding
