We offer a $55K base plus uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of $85K–$110K+. Daily founder coaching and structured ramp help you build consultative sales and relationships with engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years in sales/customer-facing roles or recent graduate with demonstrated drive.
• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Run phone screens and qualification calls with technical professionals.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback.
• Support offer negotiations and close placements.
• Stay engaged through start date to ensure successful onboarding.
