The Project Manager supports Customer Operations by managing customer projects from initiation through completion across IT infrastructure, telecommunications, and unified communications, coordinating cross-functional teams, resources, customer stakeholders, project documentation, RAID tracking, resource and event tracking, and project reporting to ensure project work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with customer specifications

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of IT or technology project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Experience delivering IT infrastructure projects in telecommunications, wireless, or UCaaS.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer projects through the full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, handoff, and closure.
• Clarify objectives, success criteria, scope, risks, dependencies, and expected business outcomes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep activities aligned, documented, and moving toward completion.
• Maintain schedules, RAID logs, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Track risks, actions, issues, and dependencies and communicate impacts and due dates.
• Assist with problem identification and resolution and coordinate responsible parties.
• Monitor progress against success criteria and elevate variances or blockers in a timely manner.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, or ad-hoc reporting as required by leadership or customers.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders by phone, email, and meetings.
• Identify and quantify variances and track follow-through to support delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate across workstreams to complete deliverables and reduce project friction.
