Tech Project Leader (Med Tech, Russian Speaker)

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong technical background to join our rapidly expanding Med Tech company. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in IT and infrastructure who has recently moved into management.

The candidate should have over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical roles, including networks and SQL, and at least 1 year in team leadership or project management. Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is advantageous but not mandatory. The role involves managing software implementation projects within a healthcare setting.

This position is remote, with occasional travel to client sites required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and support of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and other IT solutions to optimize laboratory workflows.
• Oversee technical project execution, including server, network, and lab equipment setup.
• Manage project schedules, priorities, risks, and resources across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure project success.
• Monitor and enhance SLAs and service performance metrics.
• Coordinate communication with internal teams, vendors, and senior management.
• Handle budgets and project documentation.
• Continuously refine implementation and support processes.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical roles such as system administration, IT infrastructure, or network management.
• At least 1 year of project management or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of networks and SQL.
• Experience with software deployment, troubleshooting, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with data integration methods (APIs, databases, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working with SLAs and providing technical support to clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (C1+); Russian language skills are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel as needed for business.
