Job summary

Responsibilities

Own the technology delivery roadmap for Client Journey Optimization.
Translate onboarding objectives into prioritized automation backlog.
Collaborate with Engineering to shape target solution and data requirements.
Drive governance and decisions with senior stakeholders across Markets, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology.
Identify analytics/ML opportunities to reduce onboarding cycle time.
