Job summary

Synkriya Tech (formerly Sincera Consulting) is hiring a Senior Retail Risk Product Owner/Business Analyst to lead the development of a next-generation Loss Forecast Platform for CCAR and internal loss forecasting. This onsite role is based in Rutherford, NJ with a secondary location in Tampa, FL.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Product Owner/BA in financial services, 5+ years in CCAR/DFAST, experience with credit card lending, and strong skills in Agile, Jira, Confluence, SQL, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Owner / Business Analysis within Financial Services.
• 5+ years of CCAR, DFAST, or Regulatory Stress Testing experience.
• Credit Card / Consumer Lending experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of PD, LGD, EAD, CECL & SR 11-7.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira and Confluence, plus User Stories & UAT.
• Strong SQL, data analytics and large-scale data platforms experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Help build and enhance a next-generation Loss Forecast Platform for CCAR and internal loss forecasting.
• Collaborate across Risk, Finance, Technology and Data to shape the platform.
• Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
