Synkriya Tech (formerly Sincera Consulting) is hiring a Senior Retail Risk Product Owner/Business Analyst to lead the development of a next-generation Loss Forecast Platform for CCAR and internal loss forecasting. This onsite role is based in Rutherford, NJ with a secondary location in Tampa, FL.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Product Owner/BA in financial services, 5+ years in CCAR/DFAST, experience with credit card lending, and strong skills in Agile, Jira, Confluence, SQL, and stakeholder

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Product Owner / Business Analysis within Financial Services.
5+ years of CCAR, DFAST, or Regulatory Stress Testing experience.
Credit Card / Consumer Lending experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of PD, LGD, EAD, CECL & SR 11-7.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira and Confluence, plus User Stories & UAT.
Strong SQL, data analytics and large-scale data platforms experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Help build and enhance a next-generation Loss Forecast Platform for CCAR and internal loss forecasting.
Collaborate across Risk, Finance, Technology and Data to shape the platform.
Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
