Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Treasury & Commercial Banking to translate client treasury operations into scalable cloud solutions. You will work with clients, architects, engineers and security teams to deliver secure, integration-ready product capabilities.

Responsibilities include defining API payloads, data translation, and real-time banking integrations, while coordinating with SAFe/LeSS teams in an enterprise release environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in financial technology, TMS or enterprise banking apps
• 6+ years translating workflows into technical requirements for product/engineering/implementation
• Experience defining integration requirements with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON/XML/SQL
• Experience with core banking integrations and cloud platform deployments

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze and document technical requirements translating client treasury workflows into cloud-native capabilities
• Define API payload specs, data translation logic and schema validation requirements
• Identify integration touchpoints for real-time ledger and account processing
• Manage technical backlog, scope, sprint priorities and release criteria for client-specific enhancements
• Coordinate with SAFe/LeSS teams during PI planning to align dependencies and milestones
• Lead architecture discussions with client IT stakeholders to document decisions and manage risks
• Support UAT through traceability matrices and issue analysis for cloud software enhancements
