Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend technology-driven solutions.
• Develop understanding of complex enterprise architectures, platforms, integrations, and system dependencies.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to create HLSDs, flows, and technical docs.
• Understand end-to-end data flows, APIs, integrations, and the impact of changes across platforms.
• Take ownership of defined initiatives from discovery through design and delivery, with guidance.
