Eudia Counsel, an AI-enabled law firm, is hiring an attorney to focus on technology, data, and AI-driven commercial agreements. You will draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, software licensing, and DPAs, while advising on AI/ML-related contractual terms such as model training rights and data usage.

The attorney will operate as an augmented attorney, leveraging AI tools and structured playbooks to deliver scalable legal services for clients in the technology and privacy space.

Competenze

• J.D. required with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; Arizona preferred.
• 3–7+ years of experience in technology transactions and privacy-focused commercial contracting.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and IP licensing.

Mansioni

• Draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, software licensing, and data processing agreements (DPAs).
• Advise on AI/ML-related contractual terms, including model training rights and data usage.
• Act as an augmented attorney, leveraging AI tools and structured playbooks to deliver scalable legal services.
