SourceCode Communications LLC. is seeking an experienced PR Account Manager to lead media strategies for technology clients. You will translate complex tech into compelling narratives, secure Tier-1 coverage, and mentor junior staff while shaping campaigns to meet KPIs.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on writing, client management, and new business pursuit in a hybrid NYC-based setting, with remote options along the East Coast.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional PR account management experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex technologies into media-friendly narratives.
• Track record of securing Tier-1 media coverage in national business and trade media.
• Strong workload organization and prioritization to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant media opportunities using analytics to differentiate clients.
• Develop and implement media and influencer engagement strategies and secure coverage.
• Lead client calls and meetings, guiding and troubleshooting with senior input.
• Develop written communication: press releases, pitches, emails, and bylines.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered to scope, budget, and resourcing goals.
• Pursue new business opportunities and mentor junior team members.
