Job summary

Inkhouse, part of Orchestra, is seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day client relations and drive strategy across a portfolio of technology clients. This role blends expert tactical execution with strategic vision, managing workstreams and mentoring junior staff.

Based in San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or San Diego, CA, you will operate on a hybrid schedule, 2-3 days in the office per week, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape programs and media relations across earned, owned

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Public Relations experience at an agency is preferred.
• Direct experience in B2B or consumer technology sectors.
• Passionate about tech accounts and strong media relations abilities.
• Ability to craft clear communication strategies with tangible results.
• Proven track record in pitching across multiple media channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relations and support senior leadership in planning, problem-solving, and crisis mitigation.
• Drive project management and account logistics, setting meetings and team assignments.
• Execute high-priority media relations across broadcast, print, and online outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry analysts.
• Draft client materials including messaging documents and strategic plans.
• Develop thought leadership content across channels.
• Mentor and train junior staff and manage workstreams.
