Qualifications

• Master’s degree in technology policy, public policy, or related hybrid field.
• Strong grounding in national technology policy issues (AI governance, privacy, cybersecurity).
• Experience in executive administration, project management, and board management.
• Proven event management for national convenings or policy events.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders, including Members of Congress and executives.

Responsibilities

• Shape policy agendas and high-level strategy with Tech Braintrust leadership.
• Develop content for nationwide convenings, panels, and roundtables.
• Monitor tech policy trends and legislative developments to inform the plan.
• Coordinate advisory board meetings: agendas, briefs, minutes.
• Support engagement, fundraising tracking, event co-hosting opportunities.
• Provide end-to-end logistics for convenings, venues, and platforms.
• Maintain digital infrastructure and operational tracking tools.
• Oversee milestone tracking and report program impact.
