Job summary

Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. seeks a Tech Braintrust Fellow & Operations Specialist to lead policy content, advisory board administration, and event logistics for a four-year nationwide program.

With expertise in emerging technology policy and strong operational skills, you will coordinate with congressional leadership and CBCF stakeholders to execute high-impact conferences, panels, and policy discussions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in technology policy, computer science, public policy, or related hybrid field.
• Experience with national technology policy issues such as AI governance, broadband, data privacy, or cybersecurity.
• Proven executive administration, project management, and board management experience.
• Experience coordinating high-level panels, national convenings, or congressional events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape policy agendas and high-level strategy with Tech Braintrust leadership and CBCF stakeholders.
• Coordinate content for nationwide convenings, panels, and policy roundtables.
• Monitor emerging technology trends, legislative developments, and policy frameworks for the four-year plan.
• Administer advisory board activities, agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Plan end-to-end logistics for convenings and experiential opportunities and track outcomes.
