Best Buy in Kohler, WI is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our store, helping customers choose the right tech products and services to meet their needs.

You’ll welcome customers, perform product demos, answer questions, complete cashier duties including returns, and help keep the sales floor stocked as you learn and grow. This part-time position offers valuable teamwork, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance within Best Buy.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
