ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is recruiting a Cybersecurity Engineer - ServiceNow for the Richmond, VA area. You will support vulnerability management within the Security Operations team, guiding triage and remediation efforts.

The role emphasizes collaboration with application teams and senior stakeholders, driving process improvements and automation, and preparing for the ServiceNow transition.

Ideal candidates have ServiceNow Vulnerability Management experience and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Management and Vulnerability Management.
• Bank of America domain expertise in CIO Application or CTI product portfolios is highly preferred.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookup, analysis).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and triage issues related to security vulnerability management.
• Serve as a primary contact for application teams and collaborate with operations, engineering, and security teams to resolve remediation issues.
• Oversee and manage vulnerability remediation programs, coordinating activities across various teams.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within vulnerability management workflows.
• Lead projects to enhance vulnerability remediation processes and prepare the organization for ServiceNow transition.
